Do you have a plan to rerecord this course again? As the question topic says, unity changes the image effect since 5.6 and it's a lot of different in options and stuff.

Something to note for other users, the attached project files are missing the dependency "WaterInclude.cginc" for the Coconut Island scene. This can be imported from the Environment asset package and will resolve shader issues for the water.
